@TheAnde300 when you replace IDE lines in the default.ide, i find most vice city mods will go in if you leave the original last 3 numbers in place from the lc ide, rather than using the last 3 from the mods readme, as lc seams lower or higher, i cant remember wich it was

was a mod originaly made for vice city, the game you see in play isn't gta 3, its the vice city LC mod, so its vc with the gta3 city, was just a case of editing the collision file and the ide & handling cgf to adapt it to the city surfaces & impacts

well youve done a good job anyways, its amazing some of the mods you can get for the gta games. i dont download mods that often because big ones crash the game or either cause graphic problems. the biggest modification thats actually worked has been one i downloaded for san andreas where all the waters disppears lol. it was good but i got rid of it in the end...=]

i never got that much into san andreas as the tools for older gta's had major problems with it

most the bigger mods are kinda compilations of loads of peoples work all rolled into one big pack

best bet with the packs is to use a completly clean & unmodded gta

most conflicts though are generaly numbers, like installign a car pack maybe missing an IDE line as the car uses teh default line, but if you've ever modded teh car, that lines alreay wrong kinda thing, and IDE no's on maps to
