of course they're different....there many different levels/types of wetsuits. There is not, however, any type of wetsuit that is completely impervious to arctic conditions. You still feel cold in arctic water in a wetsuit, they just keep you from developing hypothermia. You're obviously no where near the freezing temperatures, but it's not like they keep you toasty warm in arctic waters...come on now...
