blonde natural (I think since there is no red reflection) the result can not be as expected. It will have to wait at least 1year to be blonde. There are still about three shades of differences when moving from one extreme to another. Otherwise it would have had to discoloration and there on black hair ... yuck result yellow pee

c'est normal que ce ne soit pas un blond clair... Comme elle est passé d'un brun à un blond clair naturel (je pense vu qu'il n'y a pas de reflet roux) le résultat ne peut pas être celui attendu. Il faudra qu'elle attende au moins 1ans pour être blonde. Il y a toujours environ 3 tons de différences quand on passe d'un extrême à un autre. Sinon il aurait fallu faire une décoloration et là sur cheveux noir... beurk le résultat jaune pipi >.<

She didnt put NEARLY enough on the hair. Your hair should have looked purpley blue while it was on. If you did it once or twice more, then it could be blonde. But i advise doing highlights instead of all over colour :)

@juanandally Try using a toner...as a cosmetology student you can trust me when I say..or "yell" DO NOT BLEACH PAST YELLOW! :p haha I had to say it. Its the most harmful thing you can do to your hair liturally. Bleaching past yellow is what gives bleaching a bad name. It will litturally kill your hair. Use a toner, most hair won't even bleach past a faded yellow tint anyway.
