No buddy you need to look at the shaolin history. Choy fook one of our founders teachers learnt all the 36 chambers KF and that included the techniques that Ng Moi mastered and later taught to her student Wing Tsun

Agreed, as I understand it, Fan ZI Quan also uses chain punches, without having borrowed them from Wing Chun but rather as direct heritage from Shaolin.

wow this is awesome! its like so cool to see hung gars short fisted style in choy li fut. this proves we r all southern brothers under the southern shaolin temple. my styles are toyson village hung gar toy gar fut gar kung fu and juk lum tong lung pai (southern mantis)kung fu. ones primarily a long fisted style while the other is short fisted. but the hung gar has both long and short.
