I was child then and remember how the Arabs in their radio broadcasts said they will kill all of us (jews) and throw us to the sea. Today everybody remember the victory, and ironically use the misleading term 'occupation' (I talked about it in my vid about documentary vs propaganda #1), however- I remember the threat, how we had to spend time in shelters because the shells of Arabs, and the atmsphere before war, that we are again alone, few against many.

@sjjumani If you are accusing Israel of colonial rule - what kind of colonial power conquers the Sinai, southern Lebanon and Gaza and gives them back? Israel gave back even more than these lands but why should it revert to totally indefensible borders? The Arab countries ganged up on Israel and thereby not only risked not getting all of Israel for their own but risked the loss of their own land. It's called the spoils of war.
