Yeah you're right baseballs not very strenuous and you don't need to be in shape. That's why no one gets hurt and people don't workout or try to be strong or fast when they play it. But Golf for sure is. I mean you look in just about any sports magazine and you see these hardcore examples of golfers that workout a lot and are really ripped. I think they even have a pretty big problem with P.E.D.'s in that sport.

I played baseball for about 5 years, and even practice was nothing compared to football, basketball, or rugby. You dont have to be in that good of shape to play, thus people playing 140 games a year for 25 years is no big strain.
