Hey man. Did you remove the insulation of the wire completely from one side, and just half of it in the other, so you have a pseudo-conmutator

The framerate of the camera is slower than the rpm of the coil, and so you see the coil in positions that follow in a strange sequence.

Try moving your hand back and forth in front of a slow fan really fast.
