These videos would be much better if they were set up in a linear format. So far, I've been through three of the "how-to" videos and they all make "assumptions" about you having already done something.
Why was it so hard to simply put together a step-by-step video tutorial that wasn't this confusing?
I'm a complainer too and annoyed.
Like the other DJKS videos here, out of focus and hard to follow. Poor effort.

What's annoying is all the complainers.
All you have to do is play the video while actually logged in to the tool and follow along...you don't need the visual part of the video.

Please, record these videos again, speak slowly and make sure the graphics are clear. I can't see anything here, it's so annoying!!
