Well I recently posted that there was a friend that I like(d)...
Today we were watching a movie on her couch, and shortly after the film, I accidentally kissed her lips. after some awkward feelings we ended up kissing half an hour later. We have already promised that we will not ruin our friendship in any case, also after an eventual break up. She has a lot around in her head and needs some time.
I really love her, and if it wasn't for you traveler, I never would've given this a try

I've had a friend, who became my boyfriend. If sth like that happens, it's totally natural and ok. In fact I think that relationships based on friendship are much stronger. But I love having guys as friends. And if I wanna stay in the friendship zone, it simply means I'm not into u. I wouldn't make myself suffer, if I was attracted to u too:)...

Yup, my girlfriend of 5 months was and still is my best friend, I loved her longer than that but I admitted my feelings to her and we have been happy ever since :)
Btw we are engaged too, I know its extremely soon but hey shes the one :)

i think it's better to stay in that friendship zone because if in relationship if you broke up it's hard to get back if friendship if you're mad at her or him and he or she is too, basically you'll be friends in a few weeks again.

Ok, please don't any guy here confuse "friendship zone" with "She doesn't want to date you". Big difference. Though many girls might blame it on the fact that she "doesn't want to ruin the friendship", if she liked you lay odds she'd date you

You'd have to be able to put a large amount of effort as well as commitment into doing so. I've managed to step out of the friendship zone a couple of times myself and it has not been pretty. it is a bumpy road and 3/4 times I ended up getting cheated on in the end.
It's just a big mess to deal with and in my opinion you're better off just staying in the friendship zone and leaving it alone. if something happens, cool but beware.

Here's my input on "The Friendship Zone:"
First of all.. if anything WERE to happen.. it will not be for a long period of time, it could be anywhere from several months to a couple of years.
Second, unless you see or want a long term relationship, it's best just to move on and find someone else and do your own thing. By stepping out of the friendship zone you are stepping in a completely different territory. Relationships change people. You'd have to--

Well, I used to befriend a girl like that. She called me her psicologist in reference to the many times I tried to make her mind something coherent but one day she called and told me she had been sexually attacked by a dude trying to be friendly. That same day I told her to go to hell and visit a real Psycologist. You know, I just wanted to take her for a night at least and then she tells me she opened her legs for other guy?!?! The secret to not being stuck on the friendship zone, is to avoid talking about 3 specific things: Ex-boyfriends, annoying women they do not like, girl crap(twilight, gloss, hair, etc...)
You GOTTA show that you are SEXUALLY interested from the beggining (ofcourse not in a vulgar way), and try to be an interesting person.
