Yeah man, if you dont want the blow off valve sound, just buy a recirculated kit that routes the blown off air back into the intake. You wont hear a sound and you wont have to worry about compressor surge killing your turbo.
This is not a eBay turbo kit, everything that you see here on my car is custom! I am very proud as to what me and my 2 mates have done to this car, we were told that it can never be turbo'ed now I spend most of my time showing all the non belivers that it works! enjoy the videos!
the problem with ebay turbos is that they start leaking oil after a short while, so the cheapest way to turbo-charge your car would be to buy a brand turbo (i'd go with turbonetics) and the rest of the turbo from ebay (wastegate/BOV/manifold if available)

i see u used the stock exhaust manifold... it's actually better than getting a cast iron one that would crack and have sealing problems all the time

dude.... wat psi / bar is ur boost? wat turbo? coz u will blew ur engine in higher rpm on highway.... my guess is u r running 0.5 bar.

you need a blow off valve. That turbo flutter doesn't sound too good. But anything is possible if you have the money.
