There is some good initial work here. Master the basics. Once you have the basics down adding to the routine (called "vocabulary") will be easier. The team is not working well together, the performance looks awkward at times.

Team members seem unsure at times; project confidence. The pacing of the routine is very slow; it tends to drag a bit. I suggest the team wear their uniform shoes to practice, you could even put on taps. It may help with the timing.
