Look Andies a good producer no doubt but hes farrrrr from the "mozart" of trance. Only a skilled ear can hear how muddy and over layered his mixes actually are. And he uses very common cheesy melodies as a way of boosting his "epic zomg" status.

If you wanna hear a true "mozart" of trance check airbases - escape. Thats the real mozart of trance.

The multitude of layers is what creates the deep soundscape that lends to the unique quality (and what I perceive as beauty) in his tracks; it is true, the chord progressions in his tracks have been used countless times, but originality is not the only way to success and happiness. Besides, it seems to me that Andy was pretty consistent at choosing particular harmonies and notes that minimize the cheeziness.

I am gutted that Andy Blueman has decided to know longer make trance tunes. This guy doesn't realise how good he actually is. Whilst I respect his desire to focus on film music, I think he has a greater audience to enjoy what he makes in his trance. Let's hope he has a change of heart, for this is a guy who really knows how to hit the emotions with trance. This is all to rare, sadly.

Many producers nowadays just make melodies like in every Adam Nickey's tunes like Slider - what is more they become electrified (electro touches). He quited maybe because of the fact the trance music was becoming less experiencing and on-going ;)
