What are the sizes of the pulleys on the motor and pulley shaft? Looks like a great setup.

Awesome! Where did you get the parts you used here? Any idea what the final rpm is at the mill?

@smallblockfuelie I got the parts off a Craigslist add I posted. It is about 97 RPM at the mill. According to the Country living Mill website, that is about right.
