Creatively, I know that this was almost the finish line for the Clash (even though they would soldier on without Mick and Topper for a couple years after this, with a much less intense flame). It's said that the band were dissatisfied with all of their live sets opening for the Who, from which this performance is pulled. For me right now though this effort is the best thing I've seen them do on video. They were a staggeringly amazing band!

Here on my country (Brazil) we really don't have any options of getting a job with stability if we don't for the governement (any public jobs), and they're always creating useless jobs to employ people, by the other hand, the public services really sucks because that burocracy. And the taxes we pay are the second biggest taxes on the whole world. This generates a lot of trouble and misery. So, this song is plenty of our reality.
