@levimoreno You can uninstall the pack like any other software. Simply click "Start->All Programs->GTA IV - Ultimate Vehicle Pack->Uninstall".

You can also find it listed within the "Uninstall a program" option from the Control Panel.

@glenn1692 try this do a full clean of your pc defrag registry file cleaner etc all that then downlad tuneup utilities and enable turbo mode what it does is it disables hogging services and turns your look into classic i find myself using turbo mode 70% of the time

enable that while having ALL other programs disabled and let me know if it works better

installer won't detect the game - yes i know thats a bug the new installer has been made just need to upload it

my game crashes instantly - delete your saved games and make a new game

textures won't load properly - this is a specs problem which means you needs a better pc or harddrive

I just tried this pack (on 1.0.7.0 patch) I didn't found any problems at all. No crashes no bugs, this is the first pack I really appreciate.

Cars are well chosen ( not 60% exotic cars as in the other packs).

I LIke it 10/10.

I just have 1 question: How does your trainer allow to choose 'till 10 components in Pinnacle (originaly doesn´t have components), mine only allows the original game car components, which in some cars is 0... And I install some mods with more than 0 extras in them. Any help?

And EVEN THOUGH the installer CLAIMS it backed the files up, I can't even figure out how to restore those BAK files and put my files back where they were. I REALLY don't want to have to reinstall this again, since downloading from Steam takes like 4 hours (I've had to do this twice now).PLEASEHELP!Your readme needs more info!

@levimoreno go to add remove programs and then uninstall the pack from there the files are in a folder called ultimate vehicle pack backups in the root of the game

I am running a couple car mods, do I need to restore all my vehicles to original before installing this? I'm running patch 1.4.0, so this should be working fine, but it's crashing somehow...

@levimoreno the installer was made for patch 1.7 you will need a different version of scripthook for 1.4 download simple native trainer in there you will find a scripthook called scripthook (old patches) remove the (old patches) from the name and replace the existing one

Thanks for the pack. But I've got a problem. I've already downloaded the exe and want to install it now. But I've downloaded GTA IV via steam and so the directory of my game is ".../Steam/SteamApps/common/gr­and theft auto iv/GTAIV". When I run the exe now I've got the error "Setup was unable to detect the installation directory of "GTA IV". Please make sure the game is correctly installed and try again."

How could I solve this problem. Is there a way to install the files manually?

just delete the scripthook.dll from the root and it will work fine thou the trainer will stop working in order to get it working find the thread for SNT by googling simple native trainer download the trainer theres a file in there called "oldscripthook.dll" extract it remove the "old" put it in the root done now it's all working fine

it has come to my attention that this pack DOES NOT work well on midend pcs so think about that if you have a midend pc this pack has ALOT of high poly cars so it is recommended to have a very highend pc with atleast a gtx 560 and a i7 cpu or similar core 2 quad cpu and atleast 4 gb of ram 6 gb recommended and a good harddrive for the world to load properly SSD is highly recommended

this pack will not work well on pcs barely being able to handle the game stock so think about that before trying

@taltigolt how do you uninstall this pack? The first time I installed it my GTA wouldnt open anything past the social club login, after that the only thing to describe what was happening was nothing. So since GTA wouldn't load up I deicded to just delete the whole folder (considering I have it backed up) GTA now loads up fine, but I cant attempt to re-install the mods because I'm getting an error when I run the v6.0 installer saying it's installed...
