When will our State legislatures help the voters to express our opinion for what the Congress is trying to do and tell Congress to "stick it"? States have the rights to make the decisions for the voters. Congress should stick to what rights directed in the Constitution and nothing else!

Watched most of the debate on C-SPANN. It was a circus with the democrats pulling stunts and outright lying about the missing amendment. They did so with a straight face and stared at the Republicans defying them to call the democrats liars. This whole situation is going way beyond ridiculous and clearly shows that we are now in a dictatorship with "Change" accomplished by a declaration of emergency when none, evidently, exists and solved with massive expenditures of cash we don't have.
