I've seen all the six seasons of LOST and i really can't remember ever seeing this. I totally don't get it :(

@philosophyisthebomb It was an autopsy done on the daughter of the same creepy psychic that told Claire to go on Oceanic 815 to give her daughter up for adoption in Sydney, after repeatedly telling her she must raise him herself. Supposedly this psychic's dughter came back to life during the autopsy... the church thought it was a miracle, but Eco doesn't believe it. We never know for certain if it was a farce or not..

For example in season 2 there's a dharma initiative on the tail of a shark swimming by, what's the deal with that? Was it a real shark, why was it marked, how did it survive until now, it's a long time since they were reachering on the island.

I also think this will be important later one, because the father of the "dead" girl appeared in flashbacks of both Eko and Claire (he was the one telling her she has to give the baby to a family in L.A., which lead to Claire being on flight 815), so it can not be unimportant.
