  • @SchleichModels Thank you very much. I'm pleased you enjoyed it. Take care, Chris

  • Great cover well done !

  • @phulme61 Thanks. I appreciate the view and comment. Take it easy, Chris

  • La traducción traducida, no es lo mismo que escuchar la canción original en Español.

  • I never did hear the Spanish version. I am sure it translates differently in Spanish. This often happens. Thanks for listening. Chris

  • @saki2789 La canción original NO es es español. Esta es la letra original, en inglés.

  • @Searcheriv Correct. The original is an Italian song. I mentioned that in my description. Thanks for listening. Chris

  • @Searcheriv

Ok, muchas gracias no lo sabía, siempre la escuche traducida.

  • Oh, Jeeze, Chris, How did I miss this?? (I guess I'm getting old). "Blue Spanish Eyes" is one of my favorite songs. And funny. Danni is not Spanish. She is Irish. I'm Ukrainian, as you know. When we have an argument, WHHHOOOOOIE!!!It's a good thing our weapons are stowed in the locker. Take care, my friend. Mno Haiya Lita. =Stefan=

  • Hi Steve. Being Irish Ill bet Danni is a real charmer. Ive done this live at karaoke but I have to do it only when I know I can reach those lows. Although Ive noticed, with my on-going vocal training, its getting easier to get there on demand. Im glad you enjoyed it. Its always a pleasure to see you. So long for now, Chris

  • EXCELLENT.THANKS

  • You're very welcome and my thanks go to you for your view and comment. Cheers, Chris

  • Only one word "Wonderful"

  • Hello and thank you so much for taking the time to listen. I'm very pleased you enjoyed it. Chris

  • Simplemente hermoso, bella cancion

  • Thank you very much for your wonderful comment and for watching my video. Chris

  • de nada, gracias tambien.

  • Can someone get the original song (first titled Moon over Naples) by Bert Kaempfert, from the "Magic Music of Far Away Places" album, please.

  • I'm so sorry about the late reply. Youtube did not notify me of your comment. I don't have the original Moon Over Naples but I hope somebody else does for you. Thank you for the listen. Chris

  • my fav Marty song is "dont worry 'bout me"

when hw says "sweet sweet sweet baaaaby sweet baby sweet" I wanna DIE it so beautiful and when he hits those high notes with no effort its like pouring gravy slowly over mashed potatoes. (ok...maybe i went to far on that analogy, but damn he is a gorgeous singer.)

  • I agree, that's one fine tune. He may be gone some 25 years now but his music lives on. I'll be doing My Woman, My Woman, My Wife next, as you see from these comments. I have to do it on my best day to get anywhere close to his worst but I'll give it a try. Take care, Chris

  • nothing compared to Marty Robbins who didn't even record the song!!!!!

But i love me some Humperdink...those eyes of his..oh my!

  • Funny you should mention Marty Robbins. I'm doing one of his right now. Should be up soon. But thanks anyway for the listen.

  • tell me when its up!!!

  • It will be a few days. I'll drop you a line.

  • Good stuff! Enjoyed all your postings! Keep up the good work... And dont forget- My woman, My woman, My wife..hope you put it togeather. haha.. Just reminding ya!

  • Well I thank you for the listens and the reminder. Expect it soon. There wil be another post prior to it that I'm finishing up and My woman, My woman, My wife will be my the next one after that. Expect it soon.

  • No problem! I know talent when I hear it! We are all given a gift, yours is your voice.

  • I often give thanks. I may never be a "star" in the commercial sense but I'm grateful for what I can do and I'm happy good folks like you enjoy it. Have fun tonight celebrating. Chris

  • Gee Whiz,,, they need to add more stars here! I was going to rate this a 10! cheapskates!

  • Wow, you just made my week anippygirl. Thank you! I'm guessing "My Woman, My Woman, My Wife" is the song that starts with "Hands that are strong but are wrinkled". It's an oldie. Many have done it including Dean Martin. I don't have a karaoke version right now but I'll see what I can do. I have some friends who might be able to get me the backing. Let me work on it some. Take care, Chris

  • And a Happy New Year to you Chris!

  • Hey Chris,I would like to hear your version of "My Woman, My Woman, My Wife." I am sure you would sing that super as well! And baby it's cold outside here! haha

  • Thank you. It's very nice of you to say. Chris

  • Your very welcome!

  • You sing this very well.

I LOVE this version by Engelbert Humperdinck.

  • Have to agree with kolette ... only I was born in the right era (pretty close anyway). A beauty, Chris!

  • Thanks Bill. Good to see you. I guess the era lives on in each of us and I feel lucky to have caught a piece of it. Chris

  • Mr. C, one of my favorite songs. Great job=Stefan=

  • Thanks Stefan. This is a favorite of mine too. Chris

  • Well done!

And it's true, Bert was a genius composer. It's a shame that he does not gain the recognition he deserves today.

  • Thank you. I agree about Bert but those that know of him are devote fans. Thanks for stopping by.

  • Its not Engelbert Humperdinck.

  • No it's not. I do say I sing this and all my subs are of me. Sorry if I didn't make it clear.

  • his voice is gorgeous i was born in the wrong era

  • Thank you. You are too kind.
