LOAN MODIFICATIONS ARE A FRAUD. NPV MEANS YOU ONLY GET HELP IF YOUR HOUSE IS UPSIDE DOWN. YOU ONLY GET HELP IF THE BANK CAN TAKE MORE MONEY FROM YOU THAT WAY. HAMP means OBANA made it legal to steal your home.
I found this company that not only knew ALL the in's & outs of HAMP, but also guaranteed results or my money back! Only $200 if you want their help but their online services are FREE! & so worth it!
Check out freehampreport . com - they saved my house so I hope they can help with everyone else who is still struggling for a home mod. Also, they were in MSNBC, FORBES & AOL, so I believe they are the most legitimate company around!
Some people are falsely led to believe that engaging a "lawyer" to help you with a loan modification somehow implies that :
A) they know what they are doing and
B) there is an implied guarantee of success.
Wrong on both counts. The majority of these Loan Modification nightmares are the result of so-called "legal professionals" who are utterly clueless. Their aim is to get you so wrapped up into doing business with them that eventually you'll be forced to file bankruptcy.
WOW talk about cynical, you take the prize. The company I work with allows for the homeowner(FREE of charge) to have their situation reviewed by the attorney before a dime is paid. Then and only then the law firm representing the home owner asks for their fee. If they are not successful in negotiating a loan mod that the home owner likes they get their money back. Now, I don't know about you but I have never met an attorney who would work and then hope to get paid, have you? And offer $back gtd
Right, the attorneys review it my ass. It is usually a paralegal what reviews your info. Then in order for them to take you on, you have to pay a large up front fee. Some of these places take your money and not do anything at all. You file is passed on from person to person and nothing gets done. Then you lose your house.
Ok, so if a paralegal, a secretary or a janitor reviews and accepts a clients file, it really doesn't matter. The law firm will take the case and yes it's fee(don't know any attys that work for free) & do it's thing. If they cant do a loan mod the client gets there money back, period. Hope you get a little more positive in your outlook, you'll live longer
Just because someone has a difference of opinion or experience with these so called Loan Modification places doesn't mean they are negative. So many of these places have taken money from homeowners and have not done a damn thing for their clients. People end up losing their homes in the end. Go to the complaints board and type in Loan Modification, you will see the people that I am talking about.
When videos like this look like they're teaching you, they're really designed to suck you into the organization that posted them. I'm just a guy who was screwed, so check ot my video before you do anything:
I live in Las Vegas and I paid $3000 to a law firm who promised to modify my loan. It has been 6 months, they haven't done anything. Now my home is in default and I am losing it anyway. I got fucked by Coleman Law and Associates. I just want to die.
It is now illegal for anyone, attorneys included to charge to stop or delay a foreclosure or for a modification
