Ridiculous, IRA should bone up on what FERC/NERC CIP, and NEI (nuclear industry) NRC related cyber security is about before mixing up invented conjecture with clichés about insanity. No off button for nuclear- what?, nuclear reactors control and protection systems are separate and distinct environments not to be accessed on the business network (and often separated into independent subsystems) with deep risk informed review regarding cyber security posture.
I saw Ira's presentation, it was by far the worst presentation I've ever seen at RSA. Full of hyperbole and generalizations. Quote from his video, "I don't know what FERC stands for." Does that tell anyone anything? The guy is a weasel - plain and simple.

This guy is a sham. Most SCADA systems don't even attach to the internet. He doesn't even know the standards, FERC or NERC or for that matter NRC.
