I agree;Charlie's actions were premeditated.I think he knew what he planned to do when he bought them all new clothing.They didn't look as though they were well off enough to afford new clothing for the entire family.That was a huge red flag right there,a last spree before the end.He didn't have the right to make that decision for anyone but himself.No one does.Those darling children had the right to grow up and experience life.His wife had the right to continue to live/love her babies. So sad!
