i know you posted this years ago but i thought i'd make a quick comment. i use balsamic vinegar + flax seed oil for my dressing for salads. it's absolutely delicious and i highly recommend that. also, for the multigrain crackers with quinoa, i wasn't too big of a fan of it either until i dipped it in hummus and it makes a big difference. :)
I know it's been awhile since you posted this, but I like to reduce the balsalmic with agave over a low heat. I use it as a sauce for an eggplant "burger" with tomato, basil and mozzarella cheese. I also use it on bruschetta.
I have been really inspired by the changes you have made in your life. So much so that as I was eating Cheetos yesterday after a class yesterday, I began to wonder if there might be a healthier alternative. So I went to the health food store and found an all natural, organic version. I just made a field trip out of it. I made my own healthy haul.
Thanks again for the inspiration! Not only are you changing your life, you are inpiring change in others. How powerful is that!
We have been eating this way for a long time, maybe 30 years or better. For 2 years now we have stopped eating all grains even if they say organic I still won't eat them because they are processed same with Agave.
Raisins my fav but I really overdo them.
Grilled veggies are great will Balsamic vinegar sprinkled over them after they are grilled.
Those apricots look yummy.
That is cheap for the ground beef, I paid $5 a pound at Raley's.
