  • why do a lot of indians always get mad whenever they see videos of tibetans living in peace and harmony. are they only going to be happy when tibet is burning and people are fighting among each other or are they just jeaslouse that tibetants are living in peace and harmony with modernization while they are living in some shithole in india

  • @eastern2western This video was taken before the riots of 2008 and before the major Chinese crackdown on the Tibetan population that followed. Yes, the video shows peace and harmony, but it does not show the current situation in Lhasa nor does it show any of the negative things the Chinese were doing and continue to do to the Tibetan people such as torture, rape, cultural annihilation, lack of ability to travel and the ongoing demonization of their religious freedoms and leaders.

  • @unit45x look buddy, the film was from you. if you wish to show us a real video of ccp commiting atrocities in tibet please show it. the only thing I see from this video is just like any normal modernized city with traffics and lots of people. if you are talking about annihilation, then I do not see any of it. annihilation means complete extermination. according to your video, there are plenty of tibetants speaking their native language and they seem to be happy. show it instead of say it.

  • @eastern2western --the CCP would never allow me to film them committing crimes against humanity. They are not stupid. I have conducted a series of interviews of Tibetans speaking in their own language & words about these things. The videos are in production. They will most likely not be posted on YouTube as I am working on a proper documentary. Most of them were shot in India as that is the only way for these people to safely talk about the Chinese without fearing repercussions.

  • @unit45x Even still, they are scared of what could happen to their family members back in Tibet so it is still quite difficult to find individuals willing to talk on camera, but I have 7 very good interviews (all with translators). Denial does not constitute reality. The fact that these people did in fact agree to go on camera & tell their story at such a high risk is amazing & lends a lot of credibility as they have nothing to gain but a lot to lose. The stories are very compelling.

  • @unit45x Of course if you have already made up your mind & are unwilling to even consider anything other than what you think currently, nothing I say or do will ever matter.

    unit45x

  • @unit45x once again, more interviews of indians who had never even step foot in tibet. I gave you positive comments on your videos because they show a very modernized tibet. of course they are going to speak against the ccp, but how objective could they be. I have seen a lot of these kinds of videos on youtube and all of them seem like propagandas from dalai lamas side.

  • @eastern2western All the interviews are of Tibetans that were political prisoners in China that escaped and made it across the Himalayas to India by foot. Many die this way. These people are not talking about the Dalai Lama, they speak about their own personal experience.

  • @unit45x Like I said, if you are so intent on keeping your mind closed, it does not matter what is presented to you. You already made up your mind. Have you ever been to Tibet? What people say in private (and especially off camera) is very different than the "official" Chinese story. I know this because of MY personal experience. What is YOUR personal experience???

  • @unit45x my opinion is there is always two sides to a story. for example, when cars were invented, all the horse buggies lost their businees. in the current tibet, there are people who live happily under commie rule and there are dissidents. from what you show on your videos, it appears to me ccp has modernized tibet a lot . now on the human rights side, I believe there are lots of abuses but that is a normal trend all through china. no one dares to speak against the party.

  • @unit45x simple question for you. if tibet is so horrible, then why 99% of tibetants are still living in tibet. whille the 1% who is living outside seem to be either the original refugees of 1959 or their kids. answer me this quetion.

  • The Nun's Tale Tibet

says Needren ended up in hospital. Her five companions did not survive being tortured.

  • Tibet: Cry of the Snow Lion

is an award winning documentary (in 10 parts on youtube). It has information about the many disasters that have happened in Tibet since China invaded nearly 60 years ago.

  • This video is seriously a work of art.

All it is is a guy walking around Lhasa with a camera, yet it's so fascinating and mesmerizing. Life is happening everywhere and you seem to get a small glimpse into everyone's lives on that street.

    Great video.

  • Thank you!

  • there is a person who knows exactly what he is talking about. All of you people who continuolously insult him are just idiots. He is right on and supported by facts, all of your fabricated single minded lies are irrelevant to the larger picture.

  • Great Vid. Egg Salad.
