Xehanort's Heartless did wield a keyblade, but had to use Riku( True Keyblade WIelder) as a medium. It's very possible that Xemnas could use a keyblade since he had used keyblade armor, plus Sora+Ventus Nobody Roxas could wield a keyblade, so why couldnt Master Xehanort+Terra Nobody Xemnas wield a keyblade, maybe he preffered not too

Master Xehanorts Keyblade is so badass and they should make it so as an extra when you get everything you should play as vanitas eraquas and Xehanort. When you complete Ven you can Play as Vanitas. when you complete aqua you can play as Eraquas. and when you complete terra you can play was Xehanort

While Terra and Xehanort were fighting Vanitas was able to complete the X(Ki)-Blade and set Xehanorts plans in motion, but given his age he needed a new body so he goded Terra to master his inner darkness so he could transfer his heart into Terra's body so he could see his plans come to fruition.

A little note, the line "Terranort" says is exactly the same as what "Ansem" says to Sora before the final battle of Kingdom Hearts 1.

Something just hit me. Terra's body had been separated into the "Heartless" and "Nobody" forms due to events concerning the Pre-KH interim and the Post-Second game. Due to Sora's actions. Terra coming back might not even be possible. He's dead.

I already gathered that. Both games have the same structure of plot. "One character has to die in order to make another seem more important."

But there's this problem. BBS is an original title in an original series, whereas CCFFVII was made because there were so many fans of FFVII, out of all the 10 final fantasies made.
