I don't know, but he's not with us anymore. The film CARS was dedicated to him. You see a short clip in the credits of the characters he voiced, which were: Lenny (the binoculers from the first Toy Story) , the big Catipillar (I forget his name) from A Bug's Life, and Weezy the Penguin. God Bless him and the other Pixar movie actors who are no longer with us.
