  • Thank goodness Sean was there. This guy really does tell the truth. He mixes science, knowledge, nutrition, and proper training together. This guy helped me legit gain about 40 pounds of solid strenghth and a bit of fat i don't mind i can lose easily. But definetly if your thinking about buying this book. buy it! you will not regret it. im not paid or anything to write this comment. im a real person too.

  • thankgoodness i started using seans program and learnt his ideas as well as mike mentzers. people like scooby and vince delmonte have poor training methods while maybe understanding nutrition needs they fail with the importance of intensity.

  • I dont particularly like this promo video but Sean's program is the real thing.

    I've been training for years now without any noticable results.

    Since I've followed his program to the 'T' I've gone from 87 kg to 95 kg in 5 months. I'm eating a lot so of course there's also some bodyfat but the majority must be muscle since my waiste has just gone from 87 cm to 91 cm's.

    If you're willing to train very hard and eat the right way then evryone can grow muscle on this program (and without injuries)

  • @00Maximilian It says "months", could be 12, 18, 36... smart marketing, of course, but I have been on this system for 4 months now. I had trained hard before in my life, but never as intensely and wisely. I've had a chronic shoulder injury for years that stops me from going farther. Now I am on shoulder rehab exercises and I started this program. I like it a lot because I only train my shoulders once a week. And there's a little sacrifice: eat 5-7 times a day, eat supplements, but it's WORTH IT

  • @00Maximilian And yes, I am seeing results. Not magical results, but reasonably visible. What this guys does is to debunk once for all a bunch of stupid training myths that most of so-called "personal trainers" swear by. Many of those "principles" f***d up my right shoulder and other muscles, so many times. It may not be the ultimate system, but I can tell you, it works. It really works if you read thoroughly first, and then concentrate on following the suggested routines, nutrition, rest, etc.

  • it took him at least like, 3 years or so to get there, i bench 250 now, and like the low volume approach, 8 sets for the large muscle groups, and 4-6 for the small ones actually works pretty well for a drug free guy like myself

Its to simple i wouldnt waste the money. its good for those who no nothing about working out or diet. but ill let you know exactly what you need to do without giving you a whole story. Baseballme1t is not lying. You will be gaining alot of weight your first 3 go 6 months on his program. And the concept is so simple that it just makes sense. Lift Big and Eat Big, but you gotta no how to do both and do it right

  • @thoushallreason YUP! There is some things in the ebook that i dont agree with though! How he says the pump is not needed!? Thats when your blood rushes to repair that muscle like your bodys way of saying ok this is a threat! I think his reps are usually right in between 5-7 BUT!! If you can do more, eek 1-2 out for that pump. But i have gained weight fast! Im going to start it again monday! Cant wait!!

    looked up a couple of his videos and yes sean nalewanjis program is very similar to his,ie high intensity.

    used this high intensity tonight after checking correct form,amd full range of motion etc,in arnolds book and really felt the difference.cheers mate.

  • yeah ive to admit i was expecting huge gains when i first started this program in febuary-ish and the book is extremely informative and the workout plan is a fantastic help,but no im not muscle bound.i have seen some improvments in my size and one or two people have noticed this.i would recommend this course for people like myself who are starting out to "guide" them .what i have found is this sport takes some serious discipline and hard work for a very long time to get his results. good luck

  • @hugeparramatta09 Your dead right.The discipline is first and foremost.Managed to quit smoking finally on october 3rd and noticed huge strenght and overall health gains which lead to increased mass.going to have to stop boozing altogether thoe as the sunday hangover is can cause me not to eat and,well without fuel and energy in the body theres simply no point in doing this sport at all.

  • yeah, his website is kinda misleading. he says in the e-book that it takes a long time. anyways, i gained a shitload of weight in a year; 40 pounds. but i used to be extremely skinny (6 feet tall, and 129 pounds) so i can contribute about 20 pounds of this weight gain to fat (although i still don't see any fat, just muscle) btw, the body's response to a stimulus such as lifting weights will usually result in rapid weight gain for the first year or so if done right (especially in the ectomorph)

  • It's a play on words; when its says months, they don't specify if the months lead to a year. I could say in a "matter of minutes", but I didn't specify whether it would be 5 minutes of 5000 minutes.

    Anyways, I would suggest the e-book. It's packed with extremely useful info, and you can also download a 26-Week Workout Program. Easiest way to get the whole package is to download the torrent, but you won't get all the benefits that the website has to offer. Hope this helps!

  • First of all, they didn't specify how many months (it could have taken 18 months), so your statement is false. Its not a lie, I'm on this program, and I'm seeing huge gains. I used to weigh 129-130 pounds, and now I weigh 170 pounds. Yes, this was done in a matter of months... 13 to be exact.

    I'm not trying to be an asshole or anything, but if there's any program out there that truly works, this is the one.

    if u're really want to develop big or normal muscular physique.. then choose this guy program.. if u're having trouble with ur finance.. then i advice u to go to his website and download his free e-course program which is available at the middle section.. just sign up..

  • I worked out 3 days a week. Its in the program. I ate a lot, i dont gain that much fat. I ate 5 to 6 meals a day, and supplemented with a lot of protein. I'm 170 now and Im still big (im short, so my weight to height ratio makes me look huge) once i get back to the gym (imm injured now) i want to hit that 190 mark.

  • There's a sample 12-week meal plan that comes with his program that has a different meal for nearly every meal of the day (6 meals a day) for each week. If you were to follow that to a tee then it would be incredibly expensive, but you don't have to eat each meal. You just need to take in a certain amount of calories, and a certain percentage of protein, carbs, and fat.

    This a really good program man, it gets results if you stick with it and makes you feel great.

  • yea man! alot of the stuff he says and teaches are all very simple, basic things you should follow. The programs he recommends are very effective..and they work! It's not as time consuming and complex as some of the other routines out there.

    I agree. I'm traning and eating according to Sean's program and I'm growing like never before.

    I've read his e-book multiple times and everything he says sounds reasonable.

    Just 4 months ago my weight was 87 kg (I'm Dutch that's why I use kg's and cm's) with a waisteline of 88 cm.

    Now I weigh 95,5 kg and my waist is 91 cm. I'm 1.93 m long and hardgainer.

    I'm bulking up untill April and then I will try to get rid of the exces fat.

    I cab recommend his program!!
