on re4 wii edition the ai is improved so they will become aware of your position faster than on the gamecube, so in the parts where he runs around a lot use the ditman glitch, you can do this by aiming a striker and going back into your inventory before you see the red laser sight and equipping a new weapon this will make you do everything faster and will help a lot getting away from enemies
in 5-4 part 1, he ran right past the regenerator/iron maiden. i didn't see him fight the other regenerators, but his with his run and gun style, he doesn't kill everyone.
lol i cant beleive i never thaught of running after it took a week on normal and 4 on pro i can get the PRL 412 what i really dont get is how salazer is the easiest enemy in the game when when the jjs or whatever they are called are the hardest

its probably possible but a really really hard challenge.
just slow play everyone and use grenades wiesley.
if your not the greatest slow player i would just run everywhere and dont even bother with half the people.
btw slow play is to like shoot ppl to the floor and use ur knife to shank thier ass, and use meele attacks.
