I love Brenda Jackson's books, but this trailer was just plain bad. Remember the people in the books are always ultra fine or sexy, not everyday average people.

The guy playing Chance should have played Donovan. And the should have used the guys from the Solid Soul trailer. The book was great! I recommend it to anyone who can get their hands on a copy.

I am glad that I read the book before looking at the video. If I would have watch the video first the book would not have been so good. The actors did not fit the characters of the book at all.

I'm not all into looks but I agree with ocash 1. Bad acting and they just don't make you want to read the book.

In the future please match the actor to the character and we'll all be happy.

I agree I wish they would make some movies out of a bunch of her books like they did with those ones from the BET books. I have all those, yes and the trailer was a let down. NOT at all how I envision the people to be. Loved the book, love all her books.

I love Brenda Jackson! I just wish someone else did the casting for this trailer because the actor playing Donovan doesn't fit. They should have chosen Randy Ritchwood to play Donovan that would have been a better choice, this guy isn't sexy at all.
