It's not full, you're still missing the katana you get after getting all achievements.

It's same as Hayabusa body except with a Ninja Gaiden sword attached.

Just for everyone that got hayabusa and thinks they got it all - they're wrong, there's still one more piece you need to get for full Hayabusa.
