@lavabone thats because KRS One was from an era where flows werent as complicated as nowadays, and technical skill, although it makes you a better rapper, doesnt make you a better artist. 2pac rapped alot of real topics that alot of people can relate to even today, which is one of the reasons why hes so popular. RA isnt underated, he just isnt as good an artist as 2pac or Biggie, RA hasnt dropped any classic albums that address wide topics that people relate to, unlike Pac or Biggie.
