  • buttermilk, cream cheese, lemon juice, sugar...That's actually not a bad base for a cheese cake. Plus with this version it is much less likely to crack.

  • haha yea that was not really step by step and also wtf! is up with the new reporter lady? y cudnt da chef lady speak....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr frustrated :)

  • i think she a little more serious than Laura Vitale.

  • she talks very fast..i have to pause it several times to catch the words because i want to prepare this dessert for christmas. i'm not an expert and tis my first time to try...i listened to titlys and i understand her better.

  • So because this cheesecake uses commercially low-fat ingredients, it's healthy? OH!!,....WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT!!! Give me a break. How much do you want to bet that the calorie content of this so called healthy cheesecake is pretty close to that of a regular no-bake cheesecake? Might is well just go to Wal-Mart and get one of those two slice packages of cheesecake in the bakery section than waste money making this nasty looking thing and end up eating half of it if it's even edible.

  • did she say 4-6 hours or 46 hours??

  • it looks kind of gross...

  • yummmmyyyy i am gonna eat it all alone

  • What were those cookie things she put in the blender at first?

  • @taylorswift091196 Graham crackers

  • This is crap. Want something healthy? Don't bother with this. Just have some damn fruit. Blah.

  • what did you put with gelatin, I didn't understand-cheers!

  • @SKTPSY that is so that it will refrigerate fast. if you didn't it wouldn't be fluffy or creamy

  • Yummy cheesecake!

  • nice!

  • can you substitute Splenda for sugar?

  • I prefer cooked cheesecakes cuz of their caramelization process and egg yolks, but this doesn't look so bad. In short, this is a sweet gelatinous cream cheese. I imagine it's quite dense. Calling it a cake is a bit of a misnomer though...

  • thats not fkn healthy... just because its less unhealthier than a regular cheese cake doesnt make it healthy. its like saying smoking a cigarette is bad but light cigarettes are very good for you.

  • @DeathrowRecords1995 LOL exacly

  • if "healthy" means chemical additives and processing done to a product that is not otherwise found in the real deal, then this "cheesecake" could not be better 4 u!

  • why does it sound like the narrator lady is from the news, informing us about a double homicide??

  • @TexasHoldMe87 haha

  • @TexasHoldMe87 because she was eating your dogs ass hairs last night.

  • @TexasHoldMe87 OH MY GOD YES
