I think that gerbil has an ear infection. Ear infections can make the gerbil lean it's head and do also cause problems with the gerbil's balance. Contact a veterinary.

the poor thing, its not normal for a gerbil to do this. it isnt funny. does t do this alot? if it does the poor thing is il, or was orn with a disease.. its not funny, just like these poor squirels that are always walking side ways and falling over, looking drunk, its actually a disease or an illness. unless they were brought to the vet and they got medicationg that does this, just like the medication cats get, they walk all dizzy and crooked.
