iits not a problem mate. glad to be of help. remember one thing and you will speak a bit better for now. 95pecent of a stammer is made up of fear. the more you fear it the more you will stammer.dont think about it wen your talking just aim to get the words out.anyway i hope you enjoy and please let me know how it went. oh one more thin, if you do everything your askrd to you will be speaking to me on the phone within 3 days of your course finishing. i look forward to speaking to you.

keep your head up mate. its hard work but if you put the effort in you will reap the rewards.any questions you wanna ask just let me know. word of advice tho ask for a single room on your own. you need sleep and if you share with someone that snores your screwed. you will be to tired to learn anything also you wont be able to concentrate.

im not staying in a hotel

i live close enough to the program that i can just go there from home.

what exactly do you do there?

like breathing techniques?

you will learn how to be in control of your stammer for rhe first time. its all about breathing using your diaphram. believe me the first 3 hours is the hardest thing i ever done. i went in sat down listened for a bit then had to get up infront of everyone and answer questions. then they made me ring a hotel and stuff. get tha over with and you laughing

yeah i know i read this thing the guy sent my dad and it specifically said it doesnt cure stammer.

but im not as bad as other people.

my stammer is only really minor.

but its getting worse and its really hard at work.

i work at a restaurant and i have to serve people and its so hard sometimes.

im only 15 and i have the best job ever. but i cant do some of it because of my stammer.

ive been to speech pathologists.

ive seen like 3 or 4

none of them helped.

did the program work on you?

i know how you feel. i did work in a bar for 5year and i know ware your coming from. however your stammer is now you will be alot worse in the first part of the course. you will fear the first part cos tour talking to a bunch of strangers with no tools to help you get by.after that you wont want to shut up wen you get taught what to do. i tried every thing but nothing helped excepy this. i still have bad days tho but i just keep going and i no i get better each day

i had a really good night at work last night though. its weird

i have good phases and bad phases

but when theyre bad i feel like crap

one other thing. dont tell people your going to be cured cos by doing that your going to put yourself under preasure to be fluent every time wen your not going to be able to do that after one course.
