I joined second grade in 1955 and graduated in 1963. The memories are still fresh. Forget about the academics because the school did well there anyway. But the emphasis on extracurricular activities was unheard of elsewhere. The Houses, the competition, the camps (never missed one), the Mahadev and Zabarwan climbs, the cross country runs, the Tuesday regattas, and the swimming pool on campus grounds. I am nostalgic beyond belief sitting 10,000 miles from a place I once called home.

God Bless U for posting this wonderful video.... really those were the days and most cherished in my life. If you are still in Srinagar then may I request you to please upload a similar one for Mallinson as well, It's been ages and my heart longs to see the school again. I'm thousands of miles away but my heart is still there..... :(

Many many thanks for sharing this video and bringing back all the good memories of my school. Many things have changed since I graduated. I wonder if Satlal Razdan is still around? the tie has changed, a fence has been added and walls have been painted. I lived 10 of my most wonderful days of my life in Srinagar and I can never forget my school and friends.. Thanks and if you do have more videos do share.

Thanks for posting. I passed out in '84. Brings back all the old wonderful memories..the Assebmly Hall, the Bell, Sat Lal's office , Aunty that used to do our wellness check. Would I give anything to have those days back!
