Health care is not free in France! Arrêtez de déconner! I am a student and I paid 200€ the social security + 200€ the mutuelle Smerep (a student complementary health care plan). So 400€ in total. Sure that's not a fortune (it's not cheap either for a student) but stop saying it's free, it isn't! And I'm a "étudiant boursier" (I have a scholarship)

It may not be free but it's a way better than the system the United States has.

Canada's health care is far better than the US insurance-run health care system too.
