This is a beautiful design. I wish I could have nails that long but I can't because of my instrument! D: But maybe I can try short nail version! :DD GREAT JOB! :DD
thank you :) I wrote a blog on the tools I use, I'll mail you on youtube the link, or you can find it on my channel :) I used a regular paint brush nr 2/00 to do the swirls and nail polish, and you can find dotting tools in craft stores or in beauty supply stores, ebay :)
that looks soo awesome!! u make it look so easy. im gonna try it :D what kinda tool did u use after u stopped using the toothpick? was it a pen or a thin brush?
hiya, i need to kw wat i am doing wrong wit my technique cos each time i try to draw a thin line, i get a thick line with a space in d middle( i kw my explanation is fuzzy, lol) but pls help me, i just want 1 fluid line but it seems so impossible 4 me.
Hi :) you will get a thinner line if you try to use just the tip of the brush, and don't apply to the brush much pressure (just slide on the nail), I'm guessing the space in the line it's because you draw the line slow, try quick and firm, that might help :)
hello my name is lady emerald u havsom great ideas im a nail designer in baltimore and i just wanted to tell u that if u never heard of acrylic paint u should try it and the #2 and #4 brush also they a liner brush that u cut to your likeing but the acylic paints instead of just using polish u could do so much more with it just throwing some ideas @ u GREAT WORK!!!
Hi :) I use acrylic paints too for decorating my nails, but I don't have many colors, that is why I use more often nail polish in my videos, I still have to find some good quality paints :) In matter of brushes, I have no idea, because I do nails just because it relaxes me. I tried to find nail art brushes here in the stores, but with no luck :)
You should do videos too, I would love to see your work :) and thank you very much for your lovely comment :)
WOW!!! I have added this to my favourites. It is great to see that you actually respond to the comments posted. I haven't seen one person respond until I saw your responses. I love the way you have done your tutorial. Such a beautiful design and really, so easy to do. Well done on a great video. I'm going to subscribe right now!
:) hi, sorry for replying so late, :( I have 2 study.
Thank you very much for your nice comment :), I really like it, when someone writes me comments, or messages :), and the minimum that I can do is that I respond :)
hii!!! this is awsome... i would like to try it on my grannys nails... which is long but oval..... do u think this would work as well as square shaped nails?? sorry to bother you....xD
sure, but my nails are now short, and I can't do a whole lot with them, just designs for shorter nails, when they grow back I'll do designs like this more often :) thank you
no problem, I love questions :) I use a lot of oils on my nails (like olive oil, lavender oil, and vaseline too) to keep them moisturized, + I soak them into orange juice (I have no idea if it helps but it sure feels good), also Zink tablettes, the least ammount of water on my nails, all kind of hand and nail creams, and treatments :), but most importantly I never use a metal nail file (i use glass or board), and I never file the side of my nail, just at the top, and that's it. I'll be doing a
.. nail care kinda video, but it's not nail care, because I overcare for my nails (I've been a biter for 20 years), I'll do that video, I just have to finish with my exams, and after that I'll do it...and my nails have to grow too, because I clipped them really short on monday... :) sorry for the long reply :)
heyy. i love all your designs! the only problem is i cant find the thin brush you use..lol. i check a lot of places but i just cant find them. where do u get your brushes from? sorry for the question and everything...loll :)
hey i would like 2 ask a few questions.. first can you tell me where you buy those thin brushes and how do u edit your videos! and also can you make a nail care tutorial on how to grow your nail and keep them healthy thank you
Hi, I buy all my brushes in an art & hobby supply store... I use windows movie maker but I hate it. I would be happy to do a nail care tut, but the problem is that I dont have the time to edit the audio too, so if it is ok that I do a video in which I show what I do & I write on the screen the main ideas that I think are important... if it is ok this way then sure I'll do it :)
i found a really thin paintbush (used for painting with paint, not for nails) and it dried up and crusted when i dipped it in the nail polish and it didn't go on smoothly to my nails, it just was scraping, you know? and i dont know what to do about it hah. the paint brush is all crusted out. so do you know where to get nail polish with thin brushes already in them? i've been searching everywhere but i can't seem to find anything.
after every use you have to clean it really good immediately with nail polish remover, otherwise you won't be able to work with it again, try cleaning it with acetone or nail polish remover, leave it for a few minutes in acetone or nail polish remover and after that try to get the nail polish out of the brush
For nail polishes with thin brush: you can find a link for an online shop in my channels description box
I'll do a video on how I do my french nails, it's pretty easy, you just have to practice a lot to get it perfectly straight, or you can hide it with a very thin other colored line (like I did here with the black transverse line) :)
well, for a month I didn't use nail polish, just hardening oil, and a nail treatment every morning & evening, and a handcream that is for nails&hands...also I take Zink, 'cause it's good for nails, and hair too... and I file my nails with a glass filer & don't file the sides of my nail, 'cause I observed that if I file on the sides my nails are not that hard
Si modelul asta imi place foarte mult :D desi nu stiu cum o sa ma descurc sa fac cu mana stanga liniile...o sa incerc.
