Ok so i haven't read the novel nor do i know much abt the story, bt i'm guessing that Khizar is probably sent by Sara so he can ruin the relationship b/w Khirad & Ashar. After all, she did say that she won't let Khirad take Ashar away from her. So yeah, this might be a plan!
