This was a recommended video for me. If you asked coach K, he would tell you that his team has been a bunch of bitches lately. I have inside info. that one of his complaints with recent teams are that they are soft, especially in the paint. He's been looking for a player with an edge too him like Laettner for years now. I totally disagree on UNC. The calls in the Nova game were horrendous. Friends who hate UNC even told me the calls were terrible. They got hammered in the paint with no calls.

Well to be fair, I don't think he would call them bitches, they just don't have the personel needed to have much presence inside. Coach K knows from failures with guys like Monroe in the last few years' attempts at recruiting bigs we were in trouble. The good news is Mason is coming to town. With all due respect to Plumlee, he may be good (hopefully better than Miles), but he's certainly no Elton, and that's what Duke needs. They've sorely been missing legit NBA talent. Henderson really needs to stay for them to get back the Final Four. That was a funny analogy about Roy, but most people around the country tend to think that Duke gets all the calls, and that coach K is notorious for having the refs in his back pocket. That is pretty well known as gospel in sports among diehard fans.

It could be, but then again Coach K tries to do it behind the scenes. It just gets to me to watch anybody bug out like he does and be rewarded for it. As for Mason, I think he will suprise people. There are bad calls in every game, but the teams with the best players generally win the games, the officials don't. UNC had the the best team last year, they should have won, they did win, end of story. Duke is missing a perimeter dynamo, like Jay Wil. They need a stud playmaker, an NBA first rounder.They need a John Wall type player, but I think he will end up at the U, or a less high profile school than Duke or UNC. I don't know if you can win it all with merely adequate guards.

It's a weak draft other than Blake and Rubio, and G will be a lottery pick, but will see. Here's the problem with one and dones at Duke. Cats who never wanted to go to college in the first place, don't want to deal with the annoyance of rigorous academics. I also see Wall as not being a kid who wants to be reigned in, there is alot of street ball in his game (JWill was more fundamental). I see him at a mid-major like Baylor, or the U where he can be larger than life, similar to Mayo at USC.

Well, I don't think that Miami is a good idea if he wants to win. Being larger than life is okay, but you don't get to play in big moments going to schools to be the biggest player there. I don't know what he will do, but if he does that it is a waste of a year. It is basically replacing McClinton with a sportier model (McClinton had evolved to something special). Plus with their losses (not that they were that good before, but they will be young) they won't even be on top of the ACC.

I also question why it took so long for Duke to offer. He has Baylor on his list, so I question what he is really concerned with, to be honest. His AAU coach's brother took a job with them.
