  • I was going to suggest you try out Zumba then you mentioned it! Go for it, it is a really really fun workout class! One of my goals too is to become more fit this year and I will definitely go back to a Zumba class!

  • thank you, mallory. you have no idea how much i needed this video. you gave me some of the motivation i was lacking. this is a great technique for someone like me because i always lose sight and focus of the goals i set for myself and end the year not even remembering my resolutions. i can't wait to set my goals. some of mine, along with getting fit like you, include letting things go and saying no more often. <3

  • i actually thought about doing monthly goals this year because by summer i've either forgotten my new years resolutions or have failed so yeah I thought about doing it your way too!

  • i like the monthly method! you should check out the website habitforge, it will send you a daily email reminder about your goal and tracks your progress. it holds you accountable! i've done it for a couple things!

  • There's a blog, ellesees.blogspot.com, that does something similar...except hers is a different resolution each month, not just health stuff. not spam--i just like her blog.

  • One of my goals is to stop eating after 8 pm no matter what...late night snacking is when I eat the worst stuff!

  • For Me, January, only eat at the table ( not in front of TV or computer), incorporate mor high fiber fruits/veggies and whole grains in my diet.
