Omega Zero is a character with custom ai, meaning that it's difficulty depends in it's cmd file coding and has little to do with mugen's difficulty level.

I didn´t do anything to omega. It´s exactly how it was when I downloaded it. I know that the creator updated it some time after releasing it so if it doesn´t heal as much it must be because of that.
