He is complaining in this video because the girls have not been let out yet. It was pretty early morning. They have a HUGE DEEP really deep and LONG pool. It is a new exhibit and they had only been there a short time.
Hopefully, through people seeing these guys so up close they will be inspired to take notice of and act on the sad sad situation for polar bears in the wild.
