Between 1921 and 1946,, Turkey was also led by dictatorship. There was a one leader until 1938, he didnt let any other to open their parties right? And nobody could even try to replace him.
After 1938, just the leader changed due to his death, and the same thing continued.
These systems cannot be called democracy right now
