I was at this game. RIGHT before this play happened, I said that Greene needed to break a big one and here it was. He was the best RB Iowa's ever had and he's doing work at the NY Jets....at least not on Monday night, but he's solid and will be a difference maker in years to come. GO HAWKS!

I'm hoping the other touchdown is on here too. It was where he smacked that purdue player head on and knocked him on his ass and then ran in for a touchdown. I been to nearly 30 games at Kinnick and that was the loudest smack I've ever heard.

Same here. Besides, there's no guarantee he won't get injured next year, and end up hurting his chances at the pros.

Jewel Hampton is a good back too. He might not match Greene's numbers right away, but he's got potential.

Which paper was this? I don't think he cares if he gets the Heisman or not, but I don't know how many players would refuse to be recognized as one of the strongest players in the country...

He is a very humble person though. Makes his accomplishments that much greater. Really hope he sticks around 1 more year.
