  • great video, i have a question .

    around 6 months ago i started tom kurz splits program and although my flexibility has improved, my hips will crack while in the buterfly stretch? and with out a warm up i cannot do anything due to a pain in my hip however after a good warm up and stretch theses problems are gone until next time. how can i mprove flexibility with out having to warm up first?

  • you would need to do flexiblity exercises more often like 3 or 4 times a week .. and that cracking  states your body is not used to do that certain movement .. so try to strech more :) .. i hope this will help
