Okay its like smoking. A guy wakes up saying "I have to have to smoke to get up in the morning." Then 10 years later he is in the hospital and has cancer and says "I can't even get up in the morning." Guys dont waste your life eating junk food.
It's very disturbing to know that most people consider a serving of french fries a vegetable. But then again, I don't remember learning a whole lot about nutrition in school. In fact they served pizza, cheeseburgers and fries, corn dogs and the like everyday for their version of a healthy lunch. Even their salads consisted of iceberg lettuce, no veggies, with shredded cheddar and ham cubes on top. Served with ranch dressing, (which contains more corn syrup than buttermilk). LOL. Unbelievable.
