I loved it...it is not only so applicable to many sports mainly mma and ground fighting just to mention a few but it is also fun¡...and i like much the waymyou protect your joints in the plyometric push ups for the sake of the continuity and flow of the entire routing to keep the heartbeep high and no pausing in between...unfortunately in my country we don't have those rubber bands as those...keep on posting man...I enjoy all your drills. And workout...I ma so bored with the old

  • What is the purpose of the rubber band ? in my oppinion it only helps it does not cause any resistance.
