look we all need to get to the point pa has some really meh thing like the right to work tax wtf no offense but most of the moped laws are kinda backwards its a bike and where i live they fought off getting a cell tower built it pretty backward i wanna get a moped this makes me wonder if its worth the trouble I AM DISPLEASED so much that i cry whhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhyy­yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy i wonder what they say about electric bikes

new york is prettybad too. I had to tell them that the moped was a gift from a relative in CT (where they don't title). I had to pay some bogus tax but I was at least able to register it. They still won't let me register my RD60 motorcycle in NY even though I went through a title agency and reistered it in another state so that I could transfer registration to NY...they said no dice. a-holes
