Your skills are fine and I'm sure you'll improve over time, as everyone does.

I'm no Gary Numan fan, but Mick Karn did play on several tracks on his record, "Dance", as well as a track on an earlier one. "She's Got Claws" is actually a decent song and Mick Karn's bass playing is excellent, as always. :)

Frankly, I haven't come cross any bassist who can struck in my heart as Mick. What a special and magical band Japan once was. I was too young to see Japan's live in 80s. However, I had a life time memorable moment when David Sylvian and Steve Jansen played here in Hong Kong last year. Especially that I had a chance to talk to both of them individually about music, life and everything ... and nothing.

Mick Karn is a great bass player and definitely one of my favourites. There are thousands of highly skilled and talented bassists. But what sets Mick apart from most of the other bassists out there is that he is an innovative bass player. His playing is way too sophisticated and intricate!
