A very accurate version that includes all parts of this song, rather than pieces of it as in other videos, and is performed by a true master of the guitar. I own a Dyer harp guitar, have played guitar for forty-five years, and know how hard this is. I felt sad when I read the comment here that you should be more "innovative." Perhaps the writer is capable of blowing all of our minds with his ability, but my guess is that he or she owes you an apology, but may never realize it.
oh theres one thing i wanted to ask you..... theres a song of yours ive been looking for for ages i dont know the name of it sadly but it has lots of harmonics thrown in with normal notes in it at the intro i first heard it ages ago, ther was a video of antoine dufour showing his new guitar off and he played a little bit of this song but it dident say a name just that it was by you =p sorry im sure this dosent help narrow it down but if you know id love to hear it again
@ox0Jason0xo I'm pretty sure you mean 'Good Dog'. Parts of 'Paroxysm' but Antoine Dufour sound very similar. I have the fingerstyle tab book and it also has lots of harmonics thrown in with normal notes.
Unfortunately I have yet to see a video of it on the internet - a shame because its a great piece!
how are you recording this cause note for future recordings i cant hear the bass notes well enough, but still was a dam awsome song reminds me of Nobuo Uematsu's compositions who btw is my fav composer of all time so that means alot from me =p
@ox0Jason0xo Thanks Jason. I just put my headphones on to check and there's plenty of bass for my taste. If I only listen to my laptop's speaker, the bass is a bit low, I'd agree. But try the phones and you'll probably agree it's fine. All is indeed well in my world and I hope it is in yours too! Best wishes and thanks for the input.
@ox0Jason0xo haha you know what after coming back to this video after a while your right the bass is actually perfect i get where your coming from with it, the bass isent the main focus here its more the melody, im loving it came back to listen to your stuff after you FINALLY did a video of good dog =p i been looking for that song for ages but forgot the name of it
