Hi! The major difference between a powder brush and a duster brush is the application. Personally, I like to use a powder brush to apply product or blend a product I've already applie onto the face. A duster brush is primarily used for "clean up". To remove or dust away any product that may have fallen onto the face after an eye or brow application.
